- In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?
- How effective is the combination of your main product and ancillary texts?
- What have you learned from your audience feedback?
- How did you use media technologies in the construction and research, planning and evaluation stages?
Remember - this is worth 20 marks (equivalent to all of your planning and research) so you will need to produce substantial evidence. This might include comparisons with actual products (for example, Emily, you might edit together bits of the Chemical Brothers or Take That videos to compare them to yours, or the Scott Pilgrim poster; Ruth - you might compare your video to the one we looked at (Bad Day). You will need to do some work on generating audience feedback (a survey round the VI form or your teachers might be good).
Remember - everything must be done by the end of the term. Also - you need to be thinking about Section A of the exam, and making notes which will help you with this.
Emily - you and Abbas are going to have to do more work on your video; you will need to do this at the same time as writing your evaluation.
